Patricia is an investor in high-quality lower mid-market companies and the entrepreneurs who run them. She is among the first five women to successfully exit a search fund-owned business in North America (and the first one to do so in Canada). She sits on the advisory board of the IESE International Search Fund Center and regularly mentors female entrepreneurs.

In 2017, she acquired and led Scribendi, a Canadian language services and technology company via a search fund investment vehicle. Her responsibilities included setting strategy and managing the P&L. Along with her partner, they successfully sold the business in 2023.

In her previous roles, Patricia has worked as a financial controller for a Montreal-based distribution company. She has also launched and operated financial institutions in several East African countries and in Latin America for the Desjardins Group.

Patricia holds an MBA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She is also a mother, a big sister, and a wife.
