Tiffany has spent her career as a middle market and growth equity private equity investor working alongside driven leaders and management teams to build great companies. Prior to joining Endurance, Tiffany was an investor with the global private equity firms TPG Capital and L Catterton where she helped lead a number of buyout and growth equity investments as well as served on the Board of several portfolio companies. She also co-founded TPG’s Alternative & Renewable Technologies Fund, raising $250mm+ from institutional investors and leading a number of sustainability-related investments.
She started her career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. where she served public and private sector clients throughout North America and the Middle East. Tiffany received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School where she graduated with high distinction as a George F. Baker Scholar. She received a B.A. from Yale University where she graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Tiffany currently serves on the Board of SafeLogic and Belle Vie Wellness. She is a former board member of Anuvia, Hanna Andersson, ReGen Holdings, Uncle Julio’s Mexican Restaurants, and the World Resources Institute, and past term member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
Like the rest of the Endurance team, Tiffany has a passion for the excitement and challenges of acquiring, operating and growing businesses, particularly in working with early career, talented, excellence-oriented operators and their investors. She is also particularly passionate about helping talented women realize their career ambitions and become business owners. She joined the Board of the Women’s Search Network in 2023.
