Born and raised in Ireland, Sarah started her career with BCG London and attended the Stanford GSB between 2002 and 2004. In 2007, Sarah and her husband moved to Uganda and began an exciting chapter there, operating & founding a number of businesses spanning telecoms retail & distribution, agri-business, and solar power. In 2017 they founded a Search Fund in the US and acquired Kantola Training Solutions, a harassment prevention and inclusion eLearning business based in the San Francisco Bay Area. They thoroughly enjoyed the highs & lows of growing this mission-based business and exited at the end of 2023. Sarah loves laughing, hiking, dancing, and spending as much time with her teenage kids as they will allow.
