Lenka joined Istria Capital as VP of Investments in 2022. She focuses on investments in European search funds.She has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, M&A and venture capital. She has a strong knowledge of the search fund model, having led IESE’s international search fund study from 2013 to 2022.Lenka holds an MBA from IESE Business School and an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Prague University of Economics.She is a native Czech speaker and she is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
